NATS REGISTRATION FOR STUDENT'S 

Students must register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal to find and apply for apprenticeship opportunities offered by various public and private organizations. 

Step-by-step registration process

1. Visit the NATS portal. Navigate to the student registration page.
2. Select "Student" as the enrollment type and click on the "Register" button.
3. Fill out the basic registration form. Provide the following mandatory information:
   • Name (as per Aadhaar card)
   • Date of Birth
   • Aadhaar Number
   • Educational details, including the year of passing, college, and percentage of marks or CGPA
   • Valid personal email ID (this will be your login username)
   • Mobile number
   • Create a strong password
4. Verify your email. After submitting the form, an activation link is sent to the email ID you provided. You must click this link to verify your account and activate your profile.
5. Log in to the portal. Use your registered email ID and password to log in and complete your profile.
6. Complete the profile information. Fill in all remaining details in your profile, including:
   • Personal information (father's name, mother's name, category, etc.)
   • Training preferences (field and location)
   • Bank account details (for stipend)
   • Upload required documents
7. Review and submit. Once all the required information is filled in and documents are uploaded, review your profile for accuracy before final submission. After submission, the system will generate a unique User ID and password for you. 

Documents required

• Aadhaar Card: A digital copy of your Aadhaar card is required for identity verification.
• Bank Account Details: A digital copy of the first page of your bank passbook or a bank statement for stipend payment.
• Passport Size Photograph: A recent passport-size photograph in JPEG format.
• Educational Certificates: Qualifying degree or diploma certificates in PDF format.
• Email ID and Mobile Number: A valid and active email ID and a mobile number for communication and verification.
