1. Returns
- Eligibility Window: Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened supplements, hygiene products, and perishable goods.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.
- Approval: If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear.
- Shipping Costs: Non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or error.
3. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request an exchange.
4. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but return may still be applicable.
