     • Organization details: Legal name, contact details, and communication address.
     • Financial details: Provide your organization's PAN and audited financial statements for the last three years to prove financial stability.
     • Proposal details: Indicate whether you are applying for a funded or non-funded partnership and specify the relevant scheme, such as PMKVY or fee-based programs.
4. Accreditation and affiliation of centers:
   • Once your organization is registered, you must get your individual training centers accredited and affiliated on the SID portal.
